随着互联网技术的发展,“互联网+”时代新格局的出现对我国社会经济产生了巨大影响,促使着众多传统企业追寻业务转型。在这样的发展形势下,作为企业重要经济活动的财务管理模式也需要顺应时代的要求,转型创新,推动企业财务管理的发展,促使企业在保持稳定营业收入的情况下,企业利润将有一个较为明显的提升。基于此,本文通过结合现“互联网+”时代背景的特征分析企业财务管理转型的必要性,和与传统财务管理相比,“互联网+财务管理”的区别及其所面临的问题与挑战,以及面对企业财务管理新动向的思变作浅尝论述。
