代谢性疾病是由于先天、遗传、环境及复合因素的异常致使体内某些中间代谢环节障碍而引起局部或全身性代谢异常性疾病。常见的有半乳糖血症、高脂血症、低蛋白血症、尿毒症、钙磷代谢障碍、水电解质和酸碱平衡紊乱、肥胖症等,继而引发一系列并发病包括糖尿病,缺血性心、脑血管疾病等,目前已成为世界性的健康问题。脂联素(adiponectin,APN)是一种由脂肪细胞分泌的细胞因子,具有广泛的生物活性,在机体代谢过程中具有多种重要的作用,与多种疾病的发生有关。大量的研究表明脂联素具有抑制炎症反应、抗氧化、抗动脉粥样硬化、抑制凋亡、胰岛素增敏等作用,通过上述作用进而发挥其在代谢性疾病中的相关保护作用。现就脂联素在代谢性疾病中的研究进展作一综述。

Common galactosemia, hyperlipidemia, hypoproteinemia, uremia, metabolic disorders of calcium and phosphorus, water and electrolyte and acid-base balance disorders, obesity, and then lead to a series of concurrent diseases, including diabetes, ischemic Heart, cerebrovascular disease, etc., has now become a worldwide health problem. Adiponectin (APN), a cytokine secreted by adipocytes, has a wide range of biological activities and plays a number of important roles in the metabolism of the body and is associated with the development of various diseases. A large number of studies have shown that adiponectin can inhibit the inflammatory response, anti-oxidation, anti-atherosclerosis, inhibition of apoptosis, insulin sensitization and other effects, and thus play its role in the protection of metabolic diseases. The research progress of adiponectin in metabolic diseases is reviewed.
