From February 6 to February 6, 2006, the United States conducted one of the largest Cyber Storm cyberwar exercises in history. The exercise was conducted by 115 government departments under the direction of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. National Security Council, the State Department, the Department of Defense, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Finance, the National Security Agency, the FBI, and the CIA. Microsoft, Cisco, Symantec Other well-known computer companies are important designers of exercises. The United States also conducted a “calm horizon” cyber war exercise in May 2005, and other countries and regions also carried out some similar exercises. It seems that the threat of cyberwar is not groundless and should be given high priority for the security of networks, especially critical networks.
