This paper is based on the works by K. O’Fei, L. Crowson, K.-S. Reberg, M. Miller, H.-G. Sevrenne, SN Eisenstadt and Z. Baumann The case, for example, analyzes both the philosophical discussion of the negative aspects of civilized savagery as a general and the various philosophical discussions of modern civilization. In participating in these discussions, the authors critically evaluated the books and presented her succinctly her own concept of civilization, which has been carefully scrutinized for almost 25 years. Studies of the brutal acts that are now being displayed today in various forms of barbarism (ecological violence, political violence and military violence, unconditional abandonment in daily life, etc.) are ubiquitous about the development of modern civilization, especially She paid special attention to the barbaric acts highlighted by the “surge” in acts of violence, repression, violations of law and moral principles (fascism, totalitarianism, international aggression).
