《石油炼制》编委扩大会议于1983年5月17日至20日在安庆石油化工总厂召开。参加会议的有编委、通讯员和特邀代表共41人。石油化工科学研究院、石油科技情报研究所和安庆石油化工总厂的领导和有关同志参加了会议。会上,编委程之光、金国干、韩长宁、李大东和通讯员陈秉垣同志分别做了有关国内外炼油工业发展情况的技术报告,受到代表们的欢迎。
An enlarged meeting of Editorial Committee of Petroleum Refinery was held at Anqing Petrochemical Plant from May 17 to May 20, 1983. There were 41 editorial board members, correspondents and invited representatives who attended the meeting. Petroleum Institute of Science and Technology, Institute of Petroleum Science and Technology Information and Anqing Petrochemical Plant leadership and the comrades attended the meeting. At the conference, Comrade Cheng Guangguang, Jin Guogan, Han Changning, Li Dadong and correspondent Chen Bingyuan respectively made technical reports on the development of domestic and overseas refining industries and were welcomed by deputies.
