在体育教学过程中,很多教师都注重技术训练、素质训练,在教学的过程中要求严格,却忽略了练习的活泼性、启发性,尤其缺少了针对学生心理特点的训练,使教学单调、枯燥、缺少灵性的局面,影响了教学的效果。本文对心理暗示的概念及应用于体育教学中的依据进行了分析,然后分析了体育教学中心理暗示的条件、形式、特点以及应用心理暗示的时机,最后给出了体育教学中应用心理暗示的注意事项,希望这些能为体育教学中更好地使用心理暗示提供帮助。
