目的为了定量测定131I照射后大鼠甲状腺的有关组织学参数变化。方法通过计算机图像分析系统,采用体视学方法,从大鼠甲状腺的腺体水平和细胞水平测定了各项形态计量学参数(包括二维和三维)。结果所测得的一些形态计量学参数随甲状腺剂量改变而增加或减少。结论尽管在较低剂量131I照射下,与对照组相比,大鼠生长发育和甲状腺功能未出现明显的差异,但所测的各项参数与甲状腺吸收剂量之间呈现较好的剂量效应关系,其中尤以胶体体积密度参数的变化最为明显,其D25值和D50值为最低。
Objective To quantify the changes of thyroid histopathology in rats after 131I irradiation. Methods Morphometrical parameters (including two-dimensional and three-dimensional) were determined from the glandular and cellular levels of the thyroid gland of rats by stereological methods using a computerized image analysis system. Results Some of the measured morphometric parameters increased or decreased with thyroid dose changes. Conclusions Although there is no significant difference in the growth and thyroid function between the control group and the lower dose of 131I irradiation, the measured parameters and thyroid uptake dose show a good dose-response relationship, Among them, the change of colloid bulk density parameter is the most obvious, and the D25 value and D50 value are the lowest.
