贾平凹的新作《老生》以四个独立的故事为点,以唱师为线来结构全篇。通过一个靠唱丧歌为业的老人——唱师之口记录了发生在陕西南部一段近百年的革命历史。说出了许多人不愿意讲也不敢讲的事情。作者在强烈的民族文化意识的烛照下,不但揉进了中国古典文献《山海经》的许多篇章,同时还吸取了拉美的魔幻现实主义,以多角度的叙述方式,在还原历史“真实”的过程中道出了人间百态。
Jia Pingwa’s new work, “Lao Sheng,” takes four independent stories as its point of view, singing the teacher as a line to structure the whole article. The history of a hundred years of revolution in southern Shaanxi was recorded through the mouth of an old man singing and singing funerals. Say a lot of people do not want to say nor dare to say things. Under the strong cultural awareness of the nation, the author not only rubbed into many chapters of the Shan Hai Jing, a classical Chinese document, but also absorbed the magical realism in Latin America.
