我厂过去使用离心风机进行备料切草除尘,配用13千瓦电动机,由于风机磨损较快,每年需检修两次,使用寿命只有一年半左右,因为风压过高,吹走草片不少。后来我们改用轴流风机除尘,只用3千瓦电机就可以带动,风叶不易损坏,维修方便,每年只需对电动机进行一次检修。轴流风机不需要牢固的基础,其造价只有离心风机的十分之一,而使用寿命却高五至七倍,且节能显著,每台每年可节约电费一千
