借助于有限元分析软件Third Wave中Power-Law材料模型,对不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti的三维斜角切削过程进行了模拟,并将模拟结果与实验数据值相比较,结果表明两者误差较小,验证了有限元仿真技术的准确性与可行性。
The finite element analysis software Third Wave Power-Law material model was used to simulate the three-dimensional bevel cutting process of stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti. The simulation results were compared with the experimental data. The results show that the error between the two is small, Accuracy and feasibility of meta simulation.
