目的:调查未婚群体在妇产科门诊进行人工流产的状况,并对现状进行分析,提高避孕知识的普及以及为妇女保健提出更切合实际的建议。方法:对2011年5-11月在浙江省妇保院门诊、余杭区中医院妇产科门诊、余杭区计划生育宣传技术指导站进行人工流产的1 296名未婚女性进行现场问卷调查,采用不记名方式,并对有关方面的相关现状进行描述分析。结果:1 296名未婚人工流产患者中,最小年龄为18岁,最大年龄为38岁,平均23.3岁;以大专、本科学历者最多,占64.20%;最低孕次为1次,最高孕次4次,既往未做过人工流产者占58.64%;避孕措施失败率最高者为无措施者,占35.12%,其次为安全期避孕,占18.52%。结论:初婚年龄的推迟以及待婚期时间的延长,未婚青少年发生婚前性行为的可能性大大增加,未婚人群人工流产率明显增加。加强避孕知识和未婚青年人工流产危害性知识的普及和宣传,使更多女性免于承受人工流产带来的身心伤害,提高全民健康意识,提供生殖健康服务。
Objectives: To investigate the status of unmarried groups in abortion in gynecology and obstetrics clinics and to analyze the status quo, to improve the popularization of contraceptive knowledge and to make more realistic recommendations for women’s health care. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on 1,296 unmarried women who carried out induced abortion in Zhejiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital, Yuhang District Chinese Medicine Hospital obstetrics and gynecology clinic, Yuhang District family planning publicity and technical guidance station from May 2011 to November 2011. The questionnaire survey was conducted using The name of the way, and related aspects of the relevant status of the descriptive analysis. Results: Among the 1,296 unmarried abortion patients, the minimum age was 18 years old and the maximum age was 38 years old, with an average of 23.3 years old. The highest degree of college education was 64.20%, the lowest pregnancy time was 1 and the highest pregnancy rate was 4 Times, 58.64% of them had never done any induced abortion; those with the highest contraceptive failure rate were 35.12%, followed by safety contraception, accounting for 18.52%. Conclusion: The postponement of the age at first marriage and the prolongation of the duration of marriage, the possibility of prenuptial sexual behavior of unmarried adolescents increased greatly, and the rate of induced abortion increased significantly. Strengthen the popularization and publicity of contraceptive knowledge and harmful adolescent induced abortion knowledge so that more women will be protected from the psychological and physical injury caused by induced abortion, raise the awareness of universal health and provide reproductive health services.
