β-葡萄糖醛酸苷酶与牙周炎的相关性研究进展

内源性β-葡萄糖醛酸苷酶是溶酶体内的酸性水解酶,主要来源于多形核白细胞,是细胞外基质主要成分大分子蛋白聚糖降解的酶原之一,直接参与细胞外基质的降解过程.由于该酶与肿瘤的转移能力和炎症活动状态密切相关,故近年来其检测技术和研究意义备受关注.笔者下面主要就内源性β-葡萄糖醛酸苷酶的活性水平与牙周炎症之间的相关性及其相关性研究的实际意义作一综述.
