针对R型摆式磨粉机磨辊卡死,即造成整套磨辊损毁的情况,提出了具有两个旋转自由度的磨辊运行状态监控方法。采用旋转变压器为监控装置供电,金属薄膜磁敏电阻检测磨辊转速,再由蓝牙系统组成无线网络,向上位机传送4个磨辊的运行状态,并通过无线网络由上位机向磨粉机的电机传送紧急停止信号,构成了两自由度转速状态的监控系统。该系统解决了现场灰尘影响系统可靠性的问题,可防止R型摆式磨粉机的磨辊出现故障时造成的事故扩大,减少损失,提高设备的可靠性。
Aiming at the situation that the roller of the R-type pendulum mill is jammed and the whole roller is damaged, a method of monitoring the running condition of the roller with two rotational degrees of freedom is proposed.
