作文教学是语文教学的重要组成部分,但作文教学是个复杂的系统工程,它由学生的兴趣、需求、观察、思考、遣词造句、行文结构等多种因素构成。在教学实践中,好多教师孜孜以求,勤于探索,期望找出一条提高学生作文素养的路子,但提高能力是慢功夫,不是几节、几个月乃至三年的作文课所能完成的。在近几年的教学工作中,笔者通过周记教学实践,深刻体会到周记在提高学生写作水平尤其是促进个性化写作方面,有着莫大的优势。
Composition teaching is an important part of Chinese teaching. However, composition teaching is a complex systematic project. It consists of students' interests, needs, observation, thinking, making sentences, writing structure and other factors. In teaching practice, many teachers are diligently pursuing and trying hard to find a way to improve students' literary attainments. However, improving their abilities is a slow one, not just a few, several or even three years of writing lessons. In the teaching work of recent years, through the teaching practice of Zhou Ji, I deeply understand that Zhou Ji has a great advantage in improving students' writing skills, especially in promoting personalized writing.
