In order to explore the molecular mechanisms affecting cellular radiosensitivity, a strain of radiation-sensitive cell SX-9 (Do=0.65Gy) was used as a material to study its DMA damage repair characteristics, and compared with its wild-type cell SR-1. Derivatives of murine breast cancer cell FM3A (Do=1.2 Gy) were compared. A novel method for measuring DNA double-strand breaks in cells was used: pulsed alternating electric field electrophoresis to observe the X-rays of SX-9 and SR-1 cells.
