根据HBV全基因序列的同源性差异≥8%,现已将HBV分为A-G 8个基因型。HBV DNA的基因型别呈一定的地域性分布,不同的基因型与HBV感染途经、致病性亦有一定的相关性。在我国约有90%原发性肝癌(HCC)合并HBV感染, HBV感染与HCC的发生密切相关。然而,迄今为止对HBV感染后的确切致癌机制还不甚清楚,有关HBV基因型与HCC关系的研究甚少。应用PCR微板核酸杂交-酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对73例HBV DNA阳性HCC患者进行了基因分型, 旨在探讨HBV基因型与HCC的关系。
According to the homology of HBV genome sequence of ≥ 8%, HBV has been divided into A-G 8 genotypes. HBV DNA genotype showed a certain geographical distribution, different genotypes and HBV infection, pathogenicity also have some relevance. In our country, about 90% of primary liver cancer (HCC) with HBV infection, HBV infection and HCC are closely related. However, the exact mechanism of carcinogenesis after HBV infection has not been known so far, and few studies have been done on the relationship between HBV genotype and HCC. 73 cases of HBV DNA positive HCC patients were genotyped by PCR microplate nucleic acid hybridization - enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to explore the relationship between HBV genotypes and HCC.
