现阶段,高职语文课堂教学的评课多采用多名教师听一节课,再由授课教师课后说课并评课这一方式进行。该方式固然有益,但以一节课为观察单位,以授课教师为观测重点的传统方式亦有不足,教师的教学理念被片段截取,对学生的学习观察被弱化。高职语文课堂教学的评价怎样能做到于师生同生共长皆有裨益,相对客观,且便于供教师对教学专业化发展进行自我参照,从共生理论视角下制定高职语文好课标准无疑是有益的尝试。本文从标准制定的必要性、好课标准的图解、标准内涵的描述以及解读等方面作了些许摸索,以期对高职语文课堂教学的评价改革以及高职语文教师的教学专业化发展提供参考。
At this stage, the evaluation of Chinese teaching in higher vocational schools uses more than one teacher to listen to a class, and then the lecturers teach class after class and evaluate classes in this way. This method is useful, but one lesson is the observation unit, and the traditional way of focusing on the instructor is not enough. The teacher’s teaching idea is intercepted by the fragment, and the learning observation of the student is weakened. The evaluation of Chinese teaching in higher vocational schools can be beneficial to both students and students alike, relatively objective, and easy for teachers to self-reference to the development of teaching specialization, to develop a good standard of Chinese fine language from the perspective of symbiosis theory Undoubtedly useful attempt. This article makes a little exploration from the necessity of standard setting, illustration of good class standard, description of standard connotation and interpretation, and so on, in order to provide reference for the evaluation reform of Chinese class teaching in higher vocational education and the professional development of Chinese teaching for higher vocational students.
