软土地基上建造大型火力发电厂时,由于厂房占地面积大、荷载大、桩区范围大、沉桩数量多,因而桩基设计和施工是项比较复杂的工作。其中如何防止桩位偏移是一项突出的难题,必须加强勘察、设计、施工,科研的联合攻关,由于问题的复杂性和相互渗透,已不能把勘察、设计、施工、科研截然分开。作者分析了一些桩基偏位事故,发现既有勘察设计上的原因,又有施工上的原因,而且施工上的原因又包含了打桩产生的原因和挖土产生的原因。所以必须把防止桩位偏移的工作作为一个系统工程来抓,否则就很难防止桩偏事故的发生。
When a large-scale thermal power plant is built on a soft soil foundation, the design and construction of the pile foundation is a relatively complicated task due to the large floor area, large load, large pile area and many piles. How to prevent pile displacement is a prominent problem. It is necessary to strengthen investigation, design, construction, and joint research of scientific research. Due to the complexity of the problem and mutual penetration, survey, design, construction, and scientific research cannot be completely separated. The author analyzed the accidents of some pile foundations and found out the reasons for the existing survey and design, as well as the reasons for the construction. The reasons for the construction also included the reasons for pile driving and the reasons for excavation. Therefore, we must take the work of preventing pile displacement as a systematic project, otherwise it is very difficult to prevent pile misalignment.
