目的查找某养殖场的鱼大量死亡的原因,为这一事件的调查提供技术支持。方法对采集到的死鱼样及养殖场水样,用气相色谱仪/ECD进行初筛,然后再用气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行确认。结果用气相色谱仪/ECD从鱼样中检测到硫丹的含量为0.39 mg/kg,经气相色谱-质谱联用仪确认鱼样和水样中均含有农药硫丹。结论根据实验室结果分析认为这是一起因农药硫丹导致养殖场的鱼大量死亡的事件,应加强对农药生产、销售和使用的管理,加大监管力度。
Objective To find out the causes of mass mortality of fish in a farm and provide technical support for the investigation of this incident. Methods The dead fish samples and farms’ water samples were collected and screened by gas chromatography / ECD, then confirmed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Results The content of endosulfan detected by gas chromatography / ECD was 0.39 mg / kg. The pesticide endosulfan was confirmed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Conclusions According to laboratory analysis, this is a case of massive death of fish in farm due to pesticide endosulfan. Management of production, sales and use of pesticides should be strengthened and supervision should be strengthened.
