全身应用高渗剂如甘油和尿素可使梅尼埃病人听阈降低。前人的动物实验已表明应用高渗剂后内淋巴压下降,内淋巴囊含颗粒的亮上皮细胞数量增加,囊腔充满可染性物质,提示内淋巴囊可能为了恢复内淋巴压力而增加分泌活性。本文目的是研究在圆窗龛局部滴用不同浓度的透明质酸钠(hyaluronan)后,内淋巴囊是否亦有形态学的改变。用231只NMRI鼠,麻醉后经外耳道暴露左侧中耳,分组各用浓度为0.5%、1%、1.9%及4%的高分子量透明质酸钠滴入圆窗龛;对照动物则分组用稀释盐水缓冲液及尾静脉滴入,有21只仅作手术不
Systemic hypertonic agents such as glycerol and urea can reduce the threshold of Meniere’s patients. Previous animal experiments have shown that the application of hypertonic agents decreased endolymphatic pressure, endolymphatic sac containing the number of bright epithelial cells increased, cystic cavity filled with dyeable substance, suggesting that endolymphatic sac may be in order to restore endolymphatic pressure and increase secretion active. The purpose of this paper is to investigate whether endolymphatic sacs also undergo morphological changes after topical application of different concentrations of sodium hyaluronan (hyaluronan). 231 NMRI rats were anesthetized and exposed to the middle ear through the external auditory canal. Each group was subdivided into round window niches with high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate solutions at concentrations of 0.5%, 1%, 1.9% and 4%.
