利用层次分析法(AHP)兼顾定性分析的科学性和定量分析的准确性的特点,借助这一有效的系统分析数学工具,构建特种设备风险评价的层次结构模型,求得相关成对比较矩阵的特征向量,确定了风险评价主要影响因素的权重系数,为特种设备风险程度的判定提供科学的评价方法和量化指标。
By using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the scientific nature of the qualitative analysis and the accuracy of the quantitative analysis, this effective system analysis mathematical tool is used to build a hierarchical model of the risk assessment of the special equipment, and the correlation matrix Eigenvector, the weight coefficient of the main influencing factors of the risk assessment is determined, and a scientific evaluation method and a quantitative index are provided for the determination of the risk degree of the special equipment.
