当前城轨车辆牵引仿真系统的运行阻力仿真方法采用恒负载或手动变负载,不能够完全模拟实际运行线路复杂的负载变化情况。研究并设计了城市轨道车辆实时负载阻力仿真系统,结合对上海轨道交通1号线,介绍了系统的结构框架和设计方法。根据具体的阻力计算公式和线路参数计算列车运行至任意位置时的实时阻力值,并对阻力值进行了分析。结果证明:所开发的系统可以较好地实现车辆牵引的实时阻力模拟。
In the current urban rail vehicle traction simulation system, the running resistance simulation method uses constant load or manual variable load, and can not fully simulate the complex load changes of the actual running track. The real-time load resistance simulation system for urban rail vehicles is researched and designed. Combined with Shanghai Metro Line 1, the structural framework and design method are introduced. Calculate the real-time resistance value when the train runs to an arbitrary position according to the specific resistance calculation formula and line parameters, and analyze the resistance value. The results show that the developed system can achieve real-time drag simulation of vehicle traction.
