目的探讨部分调节性内斜视的治疗方法和效果。方法回顾分析58例部分调节性内斜视临床资料。结果术后治愈率为81.0%,建立双眼单视功能者占79.3%。结论部分调节性内斜视应完全矫正屈光不正,早期诊断及时治疗,以争取建立双眼单视功能。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic methods and effects of partial accommodative esotropia. Methods Retrospective analysis of 58 cases of partial regulatory esotropia clinical data. Results Postoperative cure rate was 81.0%, and binocular vision was 79.3%. Conclusion Some esotropia should be completely corrected refractive errors, early diagnosis and timely treatment, in order to establish binocular vision function.
