在十二届全国人大三次会议上,李克强总理首次提出“互联网+”行动计划。智能手机等移动设备作为“互联网+”的移动终端,其上的APP应用是促进自主学习的一种有效手段。为了保证APP应用在实际教学中的落实,本文不仅站在学习者的角度,分析智能手机APP应用应满足的学习者需求,而且站在设计者的角度,提出学习类APP应用要提高学习者兴趣应采取的策略。并且通过分析总结,提出智能手机中的APP应用作为移动学习客户端,在实际构建时应当满足的基本原则。成人学生利用APP应用进行移动学习,是成人自主学习的有效途径,是成人教育落实“互联网+”行动计划的有效手段。
At the Third Session of the 12th NPC, Premier Li Keqiang first proposed the “Internet +” plan of action. Smart phones and other mobile devices as “Internet + ” mobile terminal, the APP application is an effective means to promote self-learning. In order to ensure the implementation of APP application in practical teaching, this article not only learns from the perspective of learners, but also analyzes the needs of learners in APP applications of smart phones. From the perspective of designers, it is suggested that learning APP applications should enhance learners’ interest Strategies to be taken. And through the analysis and summary, put forward the APP in the smart phone as the mobile learning client, in the actual construction should meet the basic principles. Adult students use APP to carry out mobile learning, which is an effective way for adults to learn independently and is an effective way for adult education to implement “Internet +” action plan.
