企业集团具有跨地域和跨行业的特点,由于企业规模的不断增大,出现了集团对子公司财务监控乏力的现象,使得企业集团面临较大的财务风险。本文就企业集团在财务监控方面存在的问题进行分析,并提出完善措施。
Enterprise groups have the characteristics of cross-regional and cross-industry. Due to the ever-increasing scale of the enterprises, there appear the phenomenon that the Group has weak financial control over the subsidiaries and the enterprise groups face greater financial risks. This article analyzes the existing problems in the financial supervision of enterprise groups and puts forward the perfect measures.
