我已年近古稀,二十年前因身体原因,经常患病。我决意坚持体育锻炼,祛病强身。二十年来,我每天早晨四时半起床,梳头、饮水、提耳、排便、叩齿、跑步、倒退、冷浴,达到了身体强健的目的。梳头:早晨起床后,第一件事就是用木梳梳头三百下。左手梳右边,右手梳左边,边梳边计数。梳头能刺激头部穴位,促进血液循环,增强人体免疫功能。
I am nearly seventy years old, twenty years ago because of physical reasons, often sick. I am determined to adhere to physical exercise, illnesses and stamina. For two decades, I got up at 4:30 every morning, combing my hair, drinking water, lifting ear, defecating, knocking teeth, running, reversing, and cooling bath to achieve the purpose of strengthening my body. Combing hair: After getting up in the morning, the first thing is to comb the hair three hundred under. Left hand comb right, right hand comb left, while comb edge count. Hair can stimulate the head points, promote blood circulation, enhance the body’s immune function.
