采用内固定方法治疗42例儿童陈旧性肱骨处髁骨折，经1－10年随访27例，按标准评定优良19例，占92％。结果表明：儿童陈旧性肱骨外髁骨折尽早手术治疗可获得较好效果，内固定方法以克氏针交叉固定为主，同时应注意术后功能锻炼的指导。 Forty-two children with condylar fractures of the humerus were treated with internal fixation. Twenty-seven cases were followed up for 1 to 10 years. Ninety-nine cases were excellent, accounting for 92%. The results showed that: children with old humeral condyle fracture surgery as soon as possible to obtain better results, internal fixation with Kirschner wire fixation, and should pay attention to postoperative functional training guidance.
