应用ANSYS有限元软件,对圆坯连铸结晶器(断面尺寸为φ450mm)中钢液的紊流流动特点,模拟计算不同工艺参数条件下的流场,并用水模试验结果进行了验证。从流场的数值模拟计算结果还可以判定:圆坯连铸采用直孔形水口时必须要用外力来改善结晶器内流体的流动。
The finite element software ANSYS was used to simulate the turbulent flow characteristics of the molten steel in the round billet continuous casting mold (section size φ450mm). The flow field under different process parameters was simulated and verified by the water model test results. Numerical simulation results from the flow field can also be determined: Round billet continuous casting nozzle with external force must be used to improve the fluid flow in the mold.
