由江苏石油化工学院和辽阳石油化纤公司联合开发成功的BG-410t/h燃煤锅炉仿真培训软件,最近在辽阳石油化纤公司热电厂投入使用。这一仿真培训软件的开发成功,为电厂安全、平稳、经济运行提供了操作经验。锅炉运行人员可利用仿真培训软件进行熟练操作,在操作参数改变的情况下,能自动分析判断萌芽状态下的事故现象、原因及处理方法,还可进行故障排除,启炉、停炉的模拟训练。
The BG-410t / h coal-fired boiler simulation training software jointly developed by Jiangsu Institute of Petrochemical Technology and Liaoyang Petrochemical Fiber Company was put into use recently in Liaoyang Petrochemical Company Thermal Power Plant. The successful development of this simulation training software provided operational experience for the safe, steady and economical operation of power plants. Boiler operators can make use of simulation training software to operate proficiently. Under the condition of changing operating parameters, they can automatically analyze and judge the accident phenomenon, reason and treatment method in the budding state, and can also carry out simulation training of troubleshooting, starting and stopping furnaces .
