作者分析了我院１９６５～１９９３年间外科活检经病理确诊的３７９２例乳腺恶性肿瘤。结果表明，乳腺恶性肿瘤占外科活检总量的２．４４％（３７９２／１５５６４９）。发病年龄高峰在４０～４９岁年龄组。男性乳癌、双乳癌均占１％（３８．３７９２）。腋窝淋巴转移率６５．４２％（１５２３／２３２８），２０～２９岁年龄组明显高于７０～７９岁年龄组，Ｐ＜０．０５，μ＝２．９６。
The author analyzed 3,992 cases of breast malignancies diagnosed by pathology in our hospital from 1965 to 1993. The results showed that malignant breast tumors accounted for 2.44% of the total number of surgical biopsies (3792/155649). The peak age of onset is in the 40-49 age group. Male breast cancer and double breast cancer accounted for 1% (38.3792). The rate of axillary lymph node metastasis was 65.42% (1523/2328). The 20 to 29 year old age group was significantly higher than the 70 to 79 year old age group, P<0.05, μ=2.96.
