【目的】MMP-7是基质金属蛋白酶家族中分子量最小的一员,在肿瘤的发生发展中起着重要的作用,被认为与癌的转移与侵袭有关。本研究的目的是探讨MMP-7(基质溶解酶)在大肠癌中的表达及临床意义。【方法】用免疫组化方法检测37例大肠癌及10例正常大肠组织手术标本的石蜡切片中MMP-7的表达。【结果】37例大肠癌中25例MMP-7为阳性表达(阳性表达率67.6%);其中有淋巴结转移的20例中17例MMP-7表达为阳性(85.0%);在10例有远处转移的MMP-7表达全部阳性。10例正常大肠组织对照均未见表达。【结论】MMP-7的表达与大肠癌的侵袭、转移有关,可作为反映大肠癌的恶性程度及预后评估的生物学指标。
【Objective】 MMP-7, one of the smallest members of matrix metalloproteinase family, plays an important role in tumorigenesis and development, and is considered to be involved in the metastasis and invasion of cancer. The purpose of this study is to investigate the expression and clinical significance of MMP-7 (matrix lytic enzyme) in colorectal cancer. 【Methods】 Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of MMP-7 in paraffin sections of 37 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 10 cases of normal colorectal tissue. 【Results】 The positive expression rate of MMP-7 in 25 cases of colorectal cancer was 37.6% (positive rate was 67.6%). Among the 20 cases with lymph node metastasis, 17 cases were positive for MMP-7 (85.0%), and 10 cases were far The metastatic MMP-7 expression was all positive. Ten cases of normal colorectal tissue control were not seen. 【Conclusion】 The expression of MMP-7 is related to the invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer, which may be used as a biological index to reflect the malignancy and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
