报告41名健康老年人血小板聚集功能的最大聚集率(max％)与最大上升速率(V_(max)％),提出其生理参考值。并与30名健康成年人进行对照,无显著差异。与43例冠心病老年人对照,有明显差异(P<0.01～0.001)。提示血小板聚集功能变化与年龄增加无显著相关,而与老年人心血管疾病密切相关。对产生血小板聚集功能变化的病理基础、临床等情况,进行了初步探讨。 The maximal rate of aggregation (max%) and maximal rate of increase (%) of platelet aggregation in 41 healthy elderly were reported and their physiological reference values ​​were proposed.
