对健康老年人血小板聚集功能的观察

报告41名健康老年人血小板聚集功能的最大聚集率(max%)与最大上升速率(V_(max)%),提出其生理参考值。并与30名健康成年人进行对照,无显著差异。与43例冠心病老年人对照,有明显差异(P<0.01~0.001)。提示血小板聚集功能变化与年龄增加无显著相关,而与老年人心血管疾病密切相关。对产生血小板聚集功能变化的病理基础、临床等情况,进行了初步探讨。 The maximal rate of aggregation (max%) and maximal rate of increase (%) of platelet aggregation in 41 healthy elderly were reported and their physiological reference values ​​were proposed. And compared with 30 healthy adults, no significant difference. Compared with the 43 elderly patients with coronary heart disease, there was a significant difference (P <0.01 ~ 0.001). Suggesting that changes in platelet aggregation function with age was not significantly correlated, but closely related to cardiovascular disease in the elderly. On the platelet aggregation function of the pathological basis, clinical and so on, conducted a preliminary study.
