目的:探讨药师在门诊药房审核处方时对合理用药产生的意义。方法:对我院2014年1-5月门诊药师拒发的处方进行统计分析。结果:药师拒发不合理处方共121例,差错原因主要涉及用法用量不适宜、遴选药品不适宜等方面。结论:通过药师审核并对不合理处方进行干预,可有效减少或防范处方差错,保障临床用药安全、合理、有效。
Objective: To explore the significance of pharmacists in the rational use of drugs in the examination and prescription of outpatient pharmacies. Methods: A statistical analysis of prescriptions rejected by our outpatient pharmacists from January to May in 2014 was conducted. Results: Pharmacists refused to give up an unreasonable prescription a total of 121 cases, the error mainly related to the amount of inappropriate use, selection of drugs inappropriate and so on. Conclusion: Through pharmacist examination and intervention of unreasonable prescriptions, prescription errors can be effectively reduced or prevented, and the safety, rational and effective clinical medication can be guaranteed.
