随着知识经济时代的到来,社会经济发生着深刻的变化。从历史发展的角度来看,劳动立法根据不断变化的新情况,在工资约定制度、职工培训制度以及社会保障制度等方面逐渐完善,其精神也越来越重视保护劳动者的合法权益和人格尊严,体现了民生思想,并不断扩大国际化视野。同时,劳动立法还应在对劳动者的保护和缩小与国际劳工标准的差距等方面修改与完善,以利于更好地保护劳动者的权益,维护社会的稳定。
