合成了1个多吡啶类三齿单核镍配合物,用红外、元素分析表征了该化合物并解析了其晶体结构.结果表明配合物中金属Ni(Ⅱ)中心为六配位的畸变八面体结构.利用电子光谱、荧光淬灭光谱、凝胶电泳等方法研究了配合物与DNA的相互作用,并利用MTT法测定了该配合物对体外肿瘤细胞生长的抑制能力.结果表明配合物与DNA发生一定程度的键合作用及切割活性,对MCF-7、Hep G-2和SGC-7901肿瘤细胞均有一定的抑制能力.
One polypyridyl tridentate mononuclear nickel complex was synthesized and its structure was characterized by IR and elemental analysis.The crystal structure of the compound was characterized by elemental analysis.The results showed that the hexagonal coordination octahedron Structure.The interaction between the complex and DNA was studied by electron spectroscopy, fluorescence quenching spectroscopy and gel electrophoresis.The MTT method was used to determine the inhibitory effect of the complex on the growth of tumor cells in vitro.The results showed that the complex with DNA A certain degree of bonding and cleavage activity occurred, which inhibited the proliferation of MCF-7, Hep G-2 and SGC-7901 tumor cells.
