粘土型砂的湿态工作性能 为便于制造和修复铸型,混制粘土型砂时水份含量必须适当,既不能太干,也不能太潮。而且为方便应用还须有最佳的韧性。 型砂的韧度指标不能用其水份百分比来充分地体现出来,因为即使在相同的工作条件下,型砂的组分不同,也需不同的水份。所以型砂性能不能单以其特定水份含量作为对比的依据,韧度指标是指一定水分对型砂性能影响的结果,型砂越干,其松散情况下流动性越高,随着其水份的提高,松散情况下流动性将会随之降低,这个特性型砂在其皮带输送、筛分、贮存等运行过程中已经时有产生。例如:型砂越潮,其“搭棚”趋向越大。
