随着中国加入WTO,企业将面临两个市场更加猛烈的竞争,形势更为严峻。目前,有些有色金属企业,如中金岭南公司、葫芦岛锌厂等,为了提升企业管理水平,准备实施ERP系统。为了让企业更好了解实施ERP对企业的影响和要求,能成功的实施好该系统,笔者在此谈谈粗浅的看法,与读者同仁共同商榷。 1.走出ERP的认识误区首先,要区分ERP与ERP软件系统。ERP是一种管理理念和方法,而ERP软件系统则是体现ERP理念和方法的计算机软件系统,仅仅是一个工具。企业只有用好了这一工具,才可说是实现了ERP思想,才能提高其管理水平。这就是为什么同样应用了ERP软件系统的企业,有的取得了好的效果,有的没有什么效果甚至失败的原因。

In order to enable enterprises to better understand the impact of ERP implementation and the requirements of the enterprise, the successful implementation of the system, the author here to talk about the superficial view, and my colleagues to discuss. Out of the misunderstanding of ERP First, to distinguish between ERP and ERP software system. ERP is a management philosophy and method, and ERP software system is a computer software system that reflects the concept and method of ERP, is just a tool. Only by making the best use of this tool can enterprises say they have realized the idea of ERP, in order to improve their management level. This is why the same application of the ERP software system companies, and some have achieved good results, and some did not even effect the results of the failure.
