In order to study the protective effect of Ginkgo biloba extract on hemolytic phosphatidylcholine-induced injury of vascular endothelial cells, porcine aortic endothelial cells cultured in this experiment were used as the object. The observation of hemolytic phosphatidylcholine on porcine aortic endothelial cells PGI2 was performed. Effects of LDH and MDA content and antagonism of Ginkgo biloba extract. The results showed that: hemolytic phosphatidylcholine can increase MDA, increase LDH, reduce PGI2; while Ginkgo biloba extract (10, 25, 50 μg·ml-1) can increase PGI2, reduce MDA, LDH content, and its The effect is related to the dose. Conclusion: Ginkgo biloba extract can antagonize the oxidative damage of hemolytic phosphatidylcholine on porcine aortic endothelial cells, and may be related to the promotion of the synthesis and release of PGI2 in endothelial cells.
