在 GB224—78J与 ISO3887标准中,因其显微组织法所规定的测定方法不同,使脱碳层测量结果存在着差异。为修订 GB224—78,使之向 ISO3887靠近,选择5种钢按照两种标准进行了脱碳层深度测定对比试验,并按照 ISO3887对5种钢进行了不同放大倍数的测定。试验结果表明,①用 ISO3887标准测定比用 GB224—78的测定值均有不同程度的降低,最多降差为0.07mm(平均值);②各钢种按 ISO3887标准以不同放大倍数测量脱碳层时,随放大倍数的增加,各钢种基本保持不变;③两种标准各有特点,GB224—78的测量方法比较简便,适于大生产检验,但由于局部脱碳易使测量结果偏高,ISO3887标准能正确评定钢的脱碳层深度,但用于大生产检验太繁琐。
In the GB224-78J and ISO3887 standards, because of their microstructure determination of the determination of different methods, so decarburization measured results there are differences. In order to revise GB224-78 and make it close to ISO3887, five kinds of steel were selected and tested according to two standards. The depth of the decarburized layer was tested according to ISO3887, and different magnifications of five kinds of steel were measured according to ISO3887. The test results show that: ①The measured value of ISO3887 is lower than that of the measured value of GB224-78 by a maximum of 0.07mm (average value); ② The decarburized layer is measured according to ISO 3887 with different magnification , With the increase of magnification, all kinds of steel basically remained unchanged; ③ The two standards have their own characteristics, GB224-78 measurement method is relatively simple, suitable for large-scale production testing, but due to partial decarburization easily lead to high measurement results , ISO3887 standard can correctly evaluate the depth of decarburization of steel, but for large-scale production inspection is too complicated.
