在分析传统地面集中式储能系统的基础上,利用超级电容可储存大电量、快速充放电等特点,研制替代列车制动电阻的新型车载储能装置。该装置包括一次系统和二次系统。一次系统主要由断路器、IGBT(绝缘栅双极晶体管)及电容器组等组成。二次系统主要为控制器,对升降压模块的IGBT进行控制以及计算等。该装置能有效减少轨道交通列车牵引能耗,减少列车制动热量散发,降低隧道温升,达到节能减排的效果,同时可降低列车实际运营成本。
Based on the analysis of the traditional ground-based energy storage system, a new type of on-board energy storage device that replaces the train braking resistor is developed by utilizing the features that the supercapacitor can store large amount of power and fast charge and discharge. The device includes a primary system and a secondary system. A system mainly by the circuit breaker, IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) and capacitor banks and other components. Secondary system mainly for the controller, the buck-boost IGBT module control and calculation. The device can effectively reduce the traction energy consumption of the rail transit train, reduce the heat dissipation of the train brake, reduce the temperature rise of the tunnel, achieve the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction, and reduce the actual operation cost of the train.
