本文介绍了在充分考虑现有生产线而以最低限度投资的要求下,Z12V190B型中高速柴油机成功的现代化改进工作。该项工作是由济南柴油机厂和奥地利李斯特内燃机研究所(AVL)联合进行的。新的12V190ZH-B型柴油机作为有竞争力的新机种适用于陆用和船用,可满足钻探、泵组、牵引和发电等使用要求。还可分别适应下列三种工况:809kW/1000r/min、970kW/1200r/min、1213kW/1500r/min。 V12缸机所有机型均具有18%的扭矩储备。单缸排量5.95L、缸径190、行程210mm。发展工作同时也考虑了包括V8和V16缸机在内的变型系列问题。
This article describes the successful modernization of the Z12V190B medium and high speed diesel engine with the minimum investment required to take full account of existing production lines. This work was jointly conducted by Jinan Diesel Engine Works and Austrian Liszt Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute (AVL). The new 12V190ZH-B diesel engine is suitable for use on land and in boats as a competitive new model to meet drilling, pumping, traction and power generation requirements. Can also be adapted to the following three conditions: 809kW / 1000r / min, 970kW / 1200r / min, 1213kW / 1500r / min. All models of the V12 cylinder have an 18% torque reserve. Single cylinder displacement 5.95L, bore 190, stroke 210mm. Development work has also taken into account variants of the series including the V8 and V16 cylinder machines.
