前突是出口梗阻型便秘的常见原因之一,以女性多见.以往对中度以上前突常采用经阴道或肛门行直肠前突修补术,其手术创作小,术后感染发生率高.采用硬化剂注射术,术后患者仍有坠胀感,且疗效不肯定.本院自2002年5月起采用吻合器上黏膜环形切除加黏膜柱状缝合治疗该类患者,取得满意效果,现报告如下.
