随着社会的不断发展,各企业间竞争不断加剧,培养成熟的营销人员成为企业长远发展的基础。本文就我国当前市场营销人员培养的现状,分析了培养营销人员存在的问题和教育体系的不足,提出了科学合理的培养模式和教学体系,从而培养出勤奋踏实,勇于开拓创新,具有较高的道德素养、文化素质、个人品行和较强的敬业精神的营销人员。
