Müller细胞是脊椎动物的主要胶质细胞,维持视网膜正常形态结构和生理功能。氧化应激是高血糖诱导下糖尿病并发症的共同致病机制,内源性抗氧化机制的研究有望为抗氧化治疗带来新曙光。本文从氧化应激角度就糖尿病视网膜病变中Müller细胞的改变及可行新型治疗方法进行综述。
Müller cells are the main glial cells of vertebrates and maintain the normal morphological structure and physiological function of the retina. Oxidative stress is a common pathogenic mechanism of hyperglycemia-induced diabetic complications. The study of endogenous antioxidant mechanisms is expected to bring a new dawn to anti-oxidative therapy. This review summarizes the changes of Müller cells in diabetic retinopathy from the point of view of oxidative stress and the feasible new treatment methods.
