皮纹分析是诊断某些染色体病的一种重要辅助手段。目前,皮纹复制多采用黑色油墨或红色印泥;也有人采用茚三酮-氨基酸颜色反应法以及普鲁士蓝反应法制取皮纹标本。可是,油墨或印泥使手足污染,清洗比较麻烦,且涂抹不匀会影响效果。茚三酮-氨基酸颜色反应法,出影速度需半小时以上。普鲁士蓝反应法,皮纹色泽浅淡,清晰度差。笔者在工作中发现了皮纹显影成像的方法,经实际应用,效果优于以上诸法。现介绍如下: 一、材料和方法 1.配制菲尼酮几奴尼强反差显影液。水(50℃)750m1,无水亚硫酸钠50g,对苯二
