为实现柔性同步起爆网络的小型化,首先对柔性同步起爆网络的爆轰波传输接口元件进行了优化设计和试验研究,介绍了“一入二出”、“一入四出”柔性同步起爆网络模块化设计方法,对两种柔性同步起爆网络的输出同步性能进行了试验及分析,并提出了改善柔性同步起爆网络输出同步性能的措施。试验结果表明:两种柔性同步起爆网络模块的输出同步性满足使用要求,可以依此设计结构复杂的同步起爆网络。
In order to realize the miniaturization of the flexible synchronous detonating network, the detonation wave transmission interface elements of the flexible synchronous detonating network are optimized and the experimental research is introduced. The introduction of “one into two out”, “one into four out” The flexible synchronization initiation network modular design method is used to test and analyze the output synchronization performance of the two kinds of flexible synchronous initiation network. The measures to improve the output synchronization of the flexible synchronization initiation network are also proposed. The experimental results show that the output synchronization of the two flexible synchronous detonating network modules meets the requirements of use, and the complex synchronous detonating network can be designed accordingly.
