编辑同志:不久前,有报道称,一名记者在街头随意抓拍,没想到抓拍的一对情侣竟是一对“秘密情人”。身为有妇之夫的男当事人因该图片新闻的报道,暴露了隐情,认为报社侵权,遂要求报社赔偿损失。采用图片、视频的新闻报道是媒体最常用的新闻报道方式。请问:在公共场所随意抓拍、客观报道新闻,是否侵犯了他人的合法权益?读者魏智辉
