在大多数企业都在全力搞质量体系认证的 同时,有的企业出现一种倾向,认为企业标准充 其量只是质量体系中的支撑文件,企业标准体系 亦只是质量体系中支撑文件的部分集合。笔者认 为,这种观点是很不适宜的,这不仅仅是企业质 管员与标准化员认识上的差异,而主要是模糊了 企业标准在企业的核心作用,不利于企业的发 展。 当今,国际上很重视质量认证,我国为了同 国际接轨也正大力推行质量认证制度。从宏观上 看,企业通过了质理认证,其产品就具有了进入 国际市场的通行证,这也很容易给国人造成该企 业产品质量就必定是好的的印象。但产品质量究 竟如何,决定因素不是质量体系是否完善,而是 企业标准要求的高低。

This is not only the difference between the corporate quality manager and the standardized person, but it is mainly to obscure the core role of the enterprise standard in the enterprise and is not conducive to the development of the enterprise. Today, the international community attaches great importance to quality certification. In order to align with international standards, China is also pursuing a quality certification system. From a macroscopic point of view, enterprises have passed quality certification, and their products have a permit to enter the international market. This is also very easy to give the people an impression that the product quality of the enterprise must be good. However, the quality of the product is actually determined by whether or not the quality system is perfect. It is the level of requirements of the enterprise standard.
