用高频对接焊代替高频搭接焊是提高中直径螺旋焊管质量的可靠途径。本文将锥度芯棒成型、平辊挤压技术用于高频对接焊工业试验中，成功地生产了２１９ｍｍ×７ｍｍ焊管，并对试制管进行了检验。结果表明，螺旋焊管的高频对焊完全能用于工业生产中，有着广阔的应用前景。
The use of high frequency butt welding instead of high frequency lap welding is to improve the quality of the diameter spiral welded pipe a reliable way. In this paper, tapered mandrel forming, flat roll extrusion technology for high frequency butt welding industrial test, the successful production of 219mm × 7mm welded pipe, and the test tube was tested. The results show that the spiral welded pipe can be fully used in industrial production of high frequency butt welding, has broad application prospects.
