Modafinil is a novel central nervous stimulant drug synthesized by Lafon, France. The chemical structure is [2- (benzhydryl) -sulfinyl] acetamide. First listed in France in 1994, mainly for narcolepsy and spontaneous sleep over the treatment. Due to its good wake-up effect and minor side effects, it has received great attention from the French military and is now being used by NATO forces. 1 The main mechanism of action 1.1 central α1 adrenergic receptor agonist experiments showed that increased activity of mice caused by modafinil central α1 receptor blockers prazosin, phenoxybenzamine blocked, without mixing D -_1 / D-_2 receptor
